Elowen Pet Care is a dog care company serving Chicago's west suburbs. We provide walking, drop-in visits and house sitting through a team of trained caretakers who follow the same written standards on every booking.
We were founded because pet care in the city usually comes in two flavors: a large kennel where your dog is a number, or a single sitter who disappears the moment they get sick or go on vacation. We built something in between: the reliability and coverage of a company with the attentiveness of a neighbor.
Our caretakers have looked after puppies who can't be left alone, seniors on four medications a day, reactive rescues who need quiet routes at quiet hours, and plenty of very opinionated beagles. Whoever is on your schedule, the plan, the reporting and the standard of care stay the same.

Meet & greet
A no-charge consultation where we meet your dog, walk your route and record every detail of their routine.

Care plan
We build a written plan covering feeding, medication, behavior notes, emergency contacts and vet information.

Assigned caretaker
You get a primary caretaker plus a trained backup, so care never depends on one person's availability.

Reporting
Every visit is logged with times, photos and notes so you always know exactly what happened.
